All new clients are required to pay a 20% deposit to secure their first booking, depending on the type of service the booking is for. This deposit is non-refundable and will come off the cost of your service on the day. Cancellation within 48 hours of the allotted appointment, will result in a loss of deposit.
APPOINTMENT POLICY
In the event that you can not attend your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
NO-SHOWS
Please let us know as soon as possible via phone call or text if you’re running late for your service and your hair stylist will do their best to accommodate. In the event that we can not fit you in, you will need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
LATE ARRIVALS
Confirmation texts are sent out 72 hours and 24 hours prior to your upcoming appointment. Response to this message is required prior to your booking to secure it. Two attempts will be made to follow up clients that have not confirmed. If we have not received a response after these attempts, then your appointment will be cancelled.

PRICING + PAYMENTS
In the unlikely scenario that you are unhappy with your hair service, Studio Jaye offers adjustments for a two week period following the original appointment date. Adjustments are only provided by the original hairstylist.
